Breathtaking diversity of influence, training and background: Jose Prieto brings it all to music performance and composition.

That is because his melodic voice is informed by a lifetime of musical experience that spans continents, cultures, languages and genres.

Trained in Electric and Classical Guitar, Piano and Trumpet  and degreed in Physics in his native Madrid, he immigrated to the United States in 1999.

Upon graduation from the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and  Mastered in Orchestration for Film & TV from the prestigious Berklee School of Music,  he commenced a highly successful music career with the Rumba-Flamenco band Calé while juggling composition,  studio recording sessions  and performance with several artists.

Just as his performance resume traverses a wide variety of styles, so his production and composition capabilities range from orchestral, instrumental piano, ambient guitar, electronica, acoustic and much more.
